Our Team

Our practitioners are at least level 3 qualified or working towards level 3 or higher. Each member of staff have their own key children, with their role being to establish a secure attachment, ensuring your child settles in easily and begins to develop effectively. They will get to know your child, their likes and dislikes and their own individual needs. The idea is for the practitioner to be your child’s go-to person, so that your child feels secure and safe when they come into Polka.
